Newfoundland and Labrador EAL/LEARN software licences lapsed
Paul Dinn says the expiry of software licences was not a cost-cutting measure, calling it "more of an administrative thing" and expressing intent to have access restored and rectified for future years so EAL and LEARN students have necessary tools.
